Christmas 2008

Well like a flash Christmas has come and gone and there are toys all over the living room floor with no place to put them any time soon permanently. All in all we had a GREAT Christmas and are very fortunate to have all of what we have and to have received what we received. We are VERY thankful for our lives and all we have.

The girls had a blast and got everything on their Santa's lists, here are some photos from today's festivities:

It's a Freakin' Barbie Cruise Ship, not the Space Shuttle for goodness sake!

Merry Christmas from our Family to yours!

2008 Ugalde Family Christmas Camping Trip

We went on our Annual Family Christmas Camping trip to Bastrop State Park and camped in a cabin for 2 nights. The temperature was COOOOLLLLD! But that did NOT stop the girls from playing outside from dawn till dusk, it was amazing. I stayed inside in the warmth, but the girls had a great time.

There was a Burn Ban in effect so Daddy didn't get to build his outside wood fire but he could make a charcoal fire in the BBQ pit so that helped him a little but not quite the real thing.

Here is a slide show of some of the pictures we took:

Snow in Houston Texas 12 10 08

Well it snowed in Houston again...well I say again because it snowed 4 years ago on Christmas Eve. In 2004 when it snowed it was our 9 year old, Juliana, that wished for snow, this year it was our 3 year old, Bella that has been wishing for snow.

To say they were excited is the understatement of the year, in fact, Bella cried this morning when she saw it melting. LOL!

All I have to say is watch out what our girls wish for, it might come true! Enjoy the slideshow!
